Mark Salkin is licensed both by the Department of Real Estate (sales license) and by the California State Bar Association (lawyer). During his 35 year legal career Salkin obtained experience in virtually every facet of real estate.

In 1998, Mark joined Coldwell Banker as a sales associate, becoming an Associate Manager in 2000 and served for four years as training director. Mark joined Keller Williams Realty in 2006 for which he earned the alcolade of "Listing Agent of the Year" over 154 other agents in the Marina/Los Angeles office.  Presently Mark is of counsel and sales manager to the Bizzy Blondes, one of America’s highest volume Realtor teams. His business is devoted exclusively to real estate sales, investments and client relations.

Salkin is a triple gold production leader with annual sales in the multi-million dollar range. He is in the top 4% of sales personal with Keller Williams, a position he also had at Coldwell Banker as a member of the elite President’s Circle. In 2006 Mark was named the Listing Agent of the Year to honor his production for the Marina Del Rey/ Los Angeles Market Center of Keller Williams.

As President of Exchange Makers, Salkin accommodates several tax-deferred exchanges each year pursuant to section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. He is also a principal in Salkin Management, a real estate property management company. As General Partner of Romark, he developed and operated multi family apartment projects.  He has served as a Commissioner and Referee for the Superior Courts for the State of California and “gap” Trustee on behalf of the United States Bankruptcy Courts in diverse real estate matters. Salkin also consults as an expert witness on real estate matters most recently working with John Aaroe Prudential Real Estate of Los Angeles.  

Salkin is a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, former member of the San Fernando Valley Association of Realtors and attends regular meetings of the Culver Marina Bar Association. A long time resident in Culver City, Salkin is married with two grown children, and enjoys water sports, travel, debate, guitar, blues, film and dogs.
